Partner Manager, Global Partnerships (Japanese, English)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in consulting, software, internet, media industries, or early stage companies.
  • Ability to communicate in Japanese and English fluently to interact with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge Healthcare or Life Sciences businesses and IT ecosystems.
  • Knowledge of Health AI, with capability to envision and articulate AI technology’s application to health externally and internally.
  • Ability to deliver impactful results independently in complex and dynamic environments.
  • Excellent communication skills that enables close working relationships with multiple teams and key leaders.

Google's Global Partnerships team powers extraordinary user experiences through meaningful partnerships. We build relationships that solve users' needs, advance our partners' goals, and further Google's mission. We collaborate across Google, ensuring a coordinated approach when engaging with our most complex and strategic partners.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on Japan partners related to Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Public Sector, creating value for Google and to partners by identifying and unlocking opportunities across multiple teams and functions.
  • Identify and apply deep insights across partners, Google’s services, the Health industry, and emerging AI technology that create mutual value for Google teams and partners.
  • Strengthen partner relationships and drive cross-Google alignment by executing cross-Google Joint Business Plans, executive engagement coordination and briefings, and AI-focused summits.
  • Collaborate across Google to identify, drive, and inform the closing of cross-Google agreements, often facilitating alignment and communication between multiple teams.
  • Inform Health industry narratives, aggregating and delivering partner insight and feedback to regional and global industry teams that advances Google’s technology application.
