Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience analyzing and translating data into insights, delivering recommendations for improvements, and presenting results of analysis to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in program management within design or UX organizations.
- Experience in Trust and Safety, Regulatory, or Risk Management.
- Experience driving operational efforts across organizations.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with the product development life-cycle.
- Experience analyzing data and leveraging insights to drive strategy.
- Experience managing risks (e.g., operational, product, team health).
- Experience with AI and LLM Regulatory Trust response.
- Knowledge of user centered design processes and iterative development processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication and teamwork skills.

As a UX Program Manager (UX Programs & Operations), you will combine expert project management skills with a passion for user experience to help your team improve the design of products that are used by billions of users. You’ll plan projects, define milestones, assess risks, create actionable insights, and ensure projects meet deadlines. You’ll harmonize the work of UX Designers, Researchers, Content Strategists, UX Engineers, and other UX disciplines, while also working closely with our Engineering and Product Manager cross-functional partners, to drive UX team objectives and create innovative experiences for our business, products, and users.
In this role, you will evolve programs for AI-powered products. You will partner across teams to integrate user needs and trust into design, fostering innovation to grow user trust.

- Lead operations across a high performing UX and cross-functional team including project management (task tracking, milestone tracking, resourcing, prioritization, managing escalations) to maintain velocity and deliver on roadmaps.
- Partner with experienced UX leads and PgM leads to identify project and program level obstacles, design and implement solutions, and support process improvements that increase velocity, cohesion, and performance.
- Communicate across teams working toward shared goals to ensure shared knowledge, alignment, and cohesion that improves team effectiveness and product quality.
- Ensure delivery of Trust programs that provide tools and capabilities to enable excellent products.
- Streamline processes, optimize resource allocation, and achieve measurable progress towards OKRs
