About the job

A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

As a Program Manager within Recruiting Enablement Operations (REO), you will be instrumental in solving complex strategic and operational challenges for the Executive Recruiting Team (ERT) Leadership across EMEA, India, and APAC regions.

In this role, you will strategically support regional ERT Managers and Leadership, utilizing data to inform and implement scalable hiring strategies essential for long-term growth and executive hiring objectives. You will ensure go-to-market operations that secure critical talent for Google across these three high-growth regions, prioritizing an applicant and client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate consultative business partnerships with ERT Leadership to understand and influence strategic business and operational activities, ensuring seamless communication and co-ordination across teams and locations.
  • Identify critical areas of concern and opportunity, then design and implement strategic solutions and tactical action plans to overcome complex executive recruiting challenges.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and comprehensive strategic business plans, effectively communicating findings to all stakeholders, including leadership through clear data visualization.
  • Drive program management efforts by applying strategic thinking and design principles to oversee ERT program implementation, track key timelines, and facilitate recurring activities like delivery reviews, weekly meetings, and workstream initiatives.
  • Monitor and co-ordinate cross-regional ERT budgets, including leading annual budget planning processes.
