Minimum qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in analysis, data science or equivalent experience (e.g., Lifetime Value (LTV), Churn Analysis, Growth Key Performance Indicator (KPI)).
- 2 years of experience in Machine Learning fields.
- Experience with statistical analysis, interpreting data, identifying trends, root cause findings, and making data-driven decisions.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or Applied Math, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in a data-driven role such as quantitative finance, data science, or business analytics.
- Experience in SQL for querying complex, large-scale datasets.
- Experience in statistical and predictive modeling using Python or R.

We have a direct impact on strategic decisions and business cases, working alongside the Apps and Games business general managers and other Play executives. We are passionate about optimizing Return on Investment (ROI) and ensuring investments are made with a clear understanding of their financial implications, especially as we navigate a complex and changing regulatory landscape. We collaborate closely with finance and cross-functionally to develop sound financial options. Responsibilities
- Be the team's expert on valuation and data analytics, leading the creation of core financial models including customer lifetime value that directly influence business strategy.
- Partner with business and product teams to quantify the financial impact of new features, promotions, and business models, translating complex data into clear financial outcomes.
- Collaborate with data science teams across the organization, providing financial expertise to ensure their analyses are accurate and lead to sound business conclusions.
- Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover key insights, measure the financial value of various initiatives, and help guide important investment decisions.
