Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience in management consulting, business development, go-to-market strategy, business operations, business planning or program management in the technology industry.
  • 10 years of experience managing a team and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • 10 years of experience leading global programs and initiatives.
  • 10 years of experience in cloud go-to-market (GTM) strategy.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience planning and managing at both the strategic and operational levels.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies, products, and the market landscape.
  • Ability to present to executives and communicate with cross-functional management teams.
  • Excellent project management skills in leading operational and strategic initiatives in a hyper-growth environment.
  • Excellent business acumen, thought leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver business implications and actions from data.

About the job

The go-to-market (GTM) Practice organization, as part of the Customer Experience organization, is the central global organization that owns the development and activation of go-to-market plans across all product areas for Google Cloud. This organization is responsible for setting strategy with deep understanding of product and the market and activating the field against the largest addressable market opportunities, managing performance feedback loops to accelerate progression and enable the Go To Market organization to deliver on the financial plan.

In this role, you will lead the team to define, develop and implement business programs aligned with overall business, and consumption goals across the Global Practice Areas (Infrastructure, Data, AI, Security etc). You will lead across organizational stakeholders to align GTM plans, people and investments into scalable and impactful programs.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $218,000-$306,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Define, own, and communicate the end-to-end strategy for the global portfolio of commercial programs, from design and development to execution and optimization.
  • Develop and manage the strategic framework and governance for program intake, evaluation, and prioritization to ensure alignment with business priorities and resource allocation.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (including Business, Marketing, Finance, and Product) to design and launch new, innovative commercial programs and offers.
  • Report on appropriate key performance indicators (KPIs) signaling business impact and return on investment (ROI) of the commercial program portfolio.
  • Prepare and present strategic recommendations and business reviews to executive leadership and key stakeholders to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
