Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in management consulting, or project management from a public accounting firm or multi-national company.
- Experience leading multiple, cross-functional projects, identifying and implementing process improvements; including experience designing, implementing, and testing processes and controls for enterprise resource planning (ERP) transformation projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing the full project lifecycle, from planning and scheduling to final execution and delivery.
- Experience developing and implementing project management best practices and methodologies across an organization.
- Experience using data and KPIs to measure project performance and drive decision-making.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and manage project teams in a cross-functional environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge communication between technical teams and executive leadership.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Develop and align programs and projects with GPO's overall goals, and ensure individual projects contribute to the broader objectives of GPO.
- Support management of resources across various projects and optimization of resource allocation to ensure efficient utilization and prioritization of tasks.
- Help identify and manage risks that may impact project delivery or program success, and work to resolve issues and mitigate risks promptly.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership, and ensure transparency while keeping stakeholders informed about project progress, risks, and changes.
- Monitor the performance of various programs and projects, tracking key metrics, and generate reports for leadership to make informed decisions; this includes evaluating project outcomes against predefined goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
