Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in education technology, or selling enterprise software, account management, or a related field
- Experience presenting to and building relationships with various stakeholders at academic institutions or enterprises.
- Experience working in the Higher Education sector.
- Experience executing go-to-market strategies and meeting or exceeding goals.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with artificial intelligence, machine learning, or other transformative technologies.
- Experience supporting technology adoption and change-management initiatives with customers.
- Experience in building and cultivating lasting relationships with accounts while developing thought leadership and innovative programs in the education space.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $135,000-$198,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Develop and execute GTM strategy in a specific market for adoption within assigned accounts, owning key results that focus on programs demonstrating quantifiable value, including delivering training to support Gemini adoption across users.
- Engage directly with key stakeholders at academic institutions in the territory, acting as a trusted advisor to help faculty and departments build and execute AI integration roadmaps for their teaching and research while managing records of customer interaction.
- Identify sector stakeholders that could be enablers to Gemini adoption in the Higher Education sector (e.g.,university associations, frameworks, leadership groups).
- Synthesize and relay feedback from customers to help influence the future roadmap for Gemini in Education.
- Collaborate closely with teams across Google (e.g. Cloud, Marketing) to ensure you have an aligned One-Google strategy to support universities.
