Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in data analysis, including identifying trends, generating summary statistics, and drawing insights from quantitative and qualitative data.
- 7 years of experience managing projects and defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a quantitative discipline.
- 7 years of experience or familiarity with machine learning systems.
- 7 years of experience or familiarity with one or more of the following languages such as SQL, R, Python or C++.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

You will ynthesize expertise across cross-functional teams to prioritize issues, create testing strategies, and implement risk mitigation measures. Your responsibility extends beyond launch to include post-launch monitoring and analysis for ongoing safety and emerging trends.

- Think logically and work effectively in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment while influencing cross-functionally and cross-geographically with all levels of management
- Function as a critical thinker and take the lead as needed.
- Manage multiple executive stakeholders, influencing safety strategy and operational execution at all levels.
- Make business decisions, including identifying gaps or business needs, and innovating and scaling solutions.
- Analyze ML models performance or work on Large Language Model (LLMs) and data analytics using statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.
