Data Transformation Lead, Landmark, Large Customer Sales

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, technology sales, data analytics, performance marketing, business analysis, product strategy, or a related technical field.
  • Experience in leading projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and training, as needed.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in client-facing project management roles, delivering high-profile projects.
  • Experience in working with adtech products (e.g., DSPs, Google Analytics, Google Cloud, Tag Manager) and with data warehouses, DMPs, CDPs.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to create goals for clients, aligning client business goals with AI-powered technical solutions.
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams (including sales, data science, and engineering) and to influence executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$174,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Develop and advocate for AI-driven marketing strategies, creating goals for how Google's solutions address client issues and unlock growth. Influence executive stakeholders to adopt these strategies, demonstrating an understanding of their business and their propensity to adopt new AI solutions.
  • Lead clients in modernizing their data infrastructure for advanced AI, establishing best practices and a long-term data strategy. Assess data maturity, design technical implementation plans, and ensure secure platform integration.
  • Act as a key technical advisor, translating complex concepts into clear stories for business stakeholders.
  • Drive the delivery and activation of AI solutions, collaborating with partners, and ensuring alignment with client's goals.
  • Partner with sales and product teams to identify opportunities and drive growth.
