Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of experience developing client relationships, managing creative teams, and leading marketing campaigns.
  • 11 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with A/B testing and other methods for measuring creative effectiveness.
  • Experience influencing executive leadership on the value of creative effectiveness.
  • Experience in influencer marketing with knowledge of evolving industry trends to identify and capitalize on new creative opportunities.
  • Experience establishing and advancing goals balancing the needs of Google Product Areas, the business, and customers, with the ability to be a thought leader of Google products and creative landscape.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles, creative strategy, and creative best practices.
  • Ability to guide campaigns and inspire innovative work.

In this role, you'll act as a trusted advisor with clients to influence their creative strategy and secure their commitment to adopt new and improved marketing behaviors on the platform. You will spot areas for creative growth and deliver on them, transforming insights into tangible successes. You'll achieve this by analyzing creative campaigns and marketing strategies to pinpoint areas for enhancement, ensuring clients achieve optimal performance.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000-$205,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Help Google's clients develop high-performing assets with sufficient creative variety for each campaign leveraging YouTube's unique creative canvas, including trends, audience insights, creators, and cultural moments.
  • Utilize YouTube Analytics, Brand Lift, and Third-Party effectiveness platforms to uncover user behavior and insights, then translate these into creative recommendations for ads that can drive ROI for clients. Utilize Insights Finder, Google Trends, and proprietary US Creative Works trends and insights to connect brands to culture on YouTube, and identify creative sparks.
  • Based on data analysis, offer insights, creative ideas, and feedback on storyboards, rough cuts, and existing spots, including specific edit recommendations.
  • Guide and report on testing and Video Experiments throughout the pre-launch, in-market, and post-campaign phases.
  • Identify and execute scalable opportunities and programs, surface creative effectiveness case studies, and understand service opportunities and gaps.
