Media Solutions Specialist, Central Europe

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the DV360 platform from a media and technology angle.
  • Understanding of the media agency landscape within the digital and traditional, or offline environment.
  • Ability to oversee multiple, simultaneous solutions executed by support teams.
  • Ability to communicate in English and German or Polish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
  • Excellent relationship management and project management skills.

In this role, You will manage some of Google's most strategically important Branding clients in Central Europe. These are multi-faceted organizations with global reach, offering you a chance to make a significant impact on their business and ours. Your mission will be to accelerate revenue growth for these already successful brands. You will identify untapped opportunities, and leverage Google's full suite of products to drive their business transformation. You will work across multiple global markets, collaborating with various teams and navigating the complexities of international business. Your role offers a truly global perspective. You will be a key player in a dynamic environment, partnering with internal stakeholders across sales, product, and marketing to deliver exceptional results for our clients and will act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance and demonstrating your ability in digital marketing and Google's evolving product landscape.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Grow advertising revenue through clear, data-driven point of views and recommendations that align with Customer Business Objectives.
  • Partner with team members to drive business opportunities that build long-term growth while prioritizing in-quarter delivery and quota achievement.
    Identify opportunities (Plan, Buy, Measure) and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to expand revenue.
  • Provide the Customer or Agency with DV360 media campaign solutions and proposals focused on maximizing access to relevant inventory and deal types.
  • Maximize customer value by overseeing campaigns and guide customers to fully utilise our platform, increasing product adoption in partnership with gCare.
  • Collaborate with (DV360) Industry Managers and the sector teams to influence the clients Media Buying strategy at every stage (planning, buying, measurement).
