Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in journalism, public relations, internal or executive communications, or a related field.
- Experience in high-end video production, photography, and the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with live event production, including technical expertise in lighting, audio, and professional set design.
- Understanding of editorial and creative content development, storytelling techniques, and external communications trends and best practices.
- Ability to serve as a skilled communicator who manages sensitive information discreetly while influencing stakeholders and engaging internal teams.
- Ability to work calmly and maintain good judgment in a changing, high-stress environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

As a member of the Global Communications and Public Affairs (GCPA) team, you will use Google’s social media channels and communications platforms to inform and educate users, advertisers, partners, opinion leaders, and employees about the work of executives.In this role, you will be the go-to expert for what works when it comes to video content on social media platforms. Your keen understanding of social media best practices and storytelling abilities will help you develop and execute a cohesive video strategy. You will be responsible for producing creative content from concept to execution. You will grow in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders and projects with tight deadlines.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000-$157,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Conceive, shoot, edit, and produce compelling social content and high-quality videos with limited supervision.
- Develop and implement comprehensive communications strategies that align with and further the specific goals of executives.
