Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in scaled operations, Trust and Safety, program management, business strategy, or related fields.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in a technical field.
- Certification in PMP (Project Management Professional) or Six Sigma.
- Experience in operational transformation and driving adoption for new processes.
- Experience implementing AI/ML or automation solutions within an operational environment.
- Experience in developing technical/operational strategies and translating them into actionable program/project plans.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities for driving data-driven business decisions.

Trust and Safety team members are tasked with identifying and taking on the biggest problems that challenge the safety and integrity of our products. They use technical know-how, excellent problem-solving skills, user insights, and proactive communication to protect users and our partners from abuse across Google products like Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google Ads. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $158,000-$235,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Establish an Operational Maturity framework by defining and monitoring key metrics. Partner with Operations, Engineering, Product, and other stakeholders to improve processes and drive the roadmap.
- Oversee the planning and execution of program initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to establish goals, schedules, and milestones.
- Identify and resolve dependencies and execution issues, ensuring executives and stakeholders are informed of progress, risks, and issues.
- Foster relationships between cross-functional teams and manage communication of program status with executive stakeholders across various functions and time zones.
- Utilize your expertise, program management experience, and leadership to enhance processes, accelerate program delivery, and maintain high quality standards.
