  • Experience in solving real-world problems by applying Machine Learning (ML) or generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) in production applications.
  • Experience caring about users and the product experience while partnering with the product team to drive product direction.

We build Connect Sales, the "Operating system" for Ads sellers and businesses at Google. We are responsible for mastering the raw foundational data to run the business, enabling Sales strategy and business evolution, and providing support and tooling across all seller workflows.

Within Connect Sales, the Sales Intelligence team develops a suite of high-impact analytical products. Our products not only help global sellers win more business for Google, but also enable global advertisers to succeed in their business.Google Ads is helping power the open internet with the best technology that connects and creates value for people, publishers, advertisers, and Google. We’re made up of multiple teams, building Google’s Advertising products including search, display, shopping, travel and video advertising, as well as analytics. Our teams create trusted experiences between people and businesses with useful ads. We help grow businesses of all sizes from small businesses, to large brands, to YouTube creators, with effective advertiser tools that deliver measurable results. We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $197,000-$291,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Influence and coach a distributed team of engineers.
  • Facilitate alignment and clarity across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines.
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large-scale software solutions.
  • Benchmark advertiser’s brand awareness using search ads data and build insights and recommendations in collaboration with Youtube Ads. Work on projects such as brand reconciliation.
  • Transform the search benchmarking landscape by combining audience-based data with business specific dimensions. Help unlock insights that utilize both datasets such as multi-language creative improvement.
