As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

The team transforms data from transportation, warehousing, compliance, and more into critical business insights. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build impactful solutions using BigQuery, Looker Studio, and AI. You will manage data challenges, gain knowledge across the entire supply chain, and collaborate with other teams. Your work will directly influence key decisions and have an impact on Google's infrastructure, offering growth in data analytics, AI, and logistics. You will be responsible for the life cycle, from requirement gathering and stakeholder alignment through to data analysis, technical design, and implementation using tools like BigQuery, and Looker Studio. You'll work with business stakeholders across logistics, technical teams, and other cross-functional partners.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of data and analytics programs, from conception to launch and iteration.
  • Perform data analysis using SQL and other tools to uncover insights, validate hypotheses, and inform program direction.
  • Design, develop, and implement scalable data models, pipelines, and dashboards primarily using Google Cloud technologies (e.g., BigQuery, Looker Studio).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, key results, and success metrics.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed technical designs and development tasks.
