Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
- 6 years of experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).
- Experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal or external partners or customers.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 6 years of experience working with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and data analysis.
- Experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or professional consulting, with business knowledge.
- Experience with advertising products ecosystem and AdTech partners, including programmatic advertising.
- Experience developing applications, along with the ability of building and launching a customer facing products.
- Ability to collaborate, deliver, and drive technical decisions with various external stakeholder groups and internal cross-functional teams.

We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. As a cross-functional and global team, we ensure our customers get the best return on investment with Google and we remain a trusted partner.
As a Customer and Partner Solutions Engineer (CPSE) in gTech Ads, you will leverage relationships and technical expertise to grow Google’s advertising business growth by enabling product integrations with third-party Product Partners. You are responsible for integrating Product Partners with Google's ads platforms, managing the technical relationship including supporting the existing integrations, and migrating them off legacy integrations.
You will have a set of technical skills and will lend them to solve tough technology problems, making an impact for users and helping shape the direction of Google's products.

Responsibilities
- Lead technical partnerships with key DV360 publishers and exchanges, serving as a trusted advisor to improve integrations, align with best practices (including privacy), and drive business growth through consultation and technical plans.
- Architect and implement solutions to resolve DV3-specific technical challenges across integration, agreement execution, inventory access, and ad serving.
- Advocate initiatives to enhance partner signal quality, coverage, and use (e.g., device, content, audience), boosting inventory biddability, and value within DV360.
- Translate partner feedback, market insights, and technical needs into product road-map and engineering enhancements, acting as a key conduit to internal teams (program management, engineering, business development, Sales) and the go-to-market operations motions.
- Serve as a point of contact for partner issues, managing cross-functional resolutions to maintain partner confidence and protect key relationships.
