- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or a related planning role.
- Experience with demand planning, planning data center infrastructure, or capital investment decision-making.
- Experience in data analysis, including data modeling, trend analysis, statistics, and forecasting.

In this role as a Business Operations Program Manager, you will be responsible for execution and labor planning for data center products and deployments. You will work on a team that functions as a professional services organization within Google's Cloud Supply Chain and Operations organization, with a heavy emphasis on customer experience to ensure that the product line is fully supported with dedicated resources.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Partner with global logistics and data center operations teams for on-time shipping and delivery.
- Collaborate with technical teams overseeing Google's data centers to create both short and long-term forecast models for infrastructure demand.
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and tooling enhancements to support supply-demand planning, aiming to minimize costs and inventories while improving service levels.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with software development teams to define requirements and prioritize efforts. Collaborate closely with partner teams to identify gaps, propose improvement recommendations, foster consensus, and facilitate enhancements to planning processes for data centers.
- Analyze current and future workforce needs, align them with business goals and develop a credible workforce model.
