Global Product Solutions Lead, App Campaigns

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
  • Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience partnering with clients on technical products (e.g., consulting, project management, implementation, demonstrating products, or technical sales).
  • Experience managing projects with stakeholders across multiple functions along with excellent project management skills.
  • Experience working in or partnering with the apps industry.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing international projects.
  • Knowledge of Google App Campaigns and other mobile app ads products.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills along with the ability to lead operational initiatives.

You will leverage the relationship-building skills, you will provide client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the direction and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

As a Global Product Solutions Lead on the App Ads team, you will be responsible for shaping the global apps product and strategy for advertisers. You will work with app ads product managers to build global commercialization plans, including the development of requisite communications, collateral and training to support Global Business Organization teams. You will also work with sales teams to understand global trends, engaging landscapes, and market needs. You will influence leadership with insights, also you will influence the future of the products and initiatives, and align global teams on common goals to lead a unified product or business solution.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000-$172,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
