Minimum qualifications:

Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in continuous improvement, organizational change management, and stakeholder management.
- Experience in program planning using methodologies like Agile.
- Excellent influencing skills, with the ability to manage complexity and multiple priorities.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
The Global Network Solutions (GNS) focuses on the strategic long-term goals of Google’s networking infrastructure. It identifies governments, companies, and other partners that are key to long-term networking success and stability. This international team collaborates with internal stakeholders and external government and multi-stakeholder organizations as well as an array of suppliers to create construction agreements, oversee the delivery of each cable system, then operate and maintain infrastructure and relationships for reliability and security.
The partnerships team is focused on the key long-term relationships with governments, customers, suppliers and other multi-stakeholder organizations to allow collaborative and long-term solutions which secure operational stability while advancing Google’s interests.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Define, lead, and own program charters for cross-organizational initiatives, outlining scope, timelines, OKRs, and resourcing.
- Identify and manage stakeholders, build trusted relationships, and guide alignment on timelines, goals, and deliverables.
- Establish program governance, monitor progress, manage risks and dependencies, and lead mitigation planning.
- Develop and manage change management rollout plans to ensure smooth adoption of program deliverables.
- Design and execute optimized communication plans for all levels, including executive and key partner communications.
