Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, reliability or product engineering.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Engineering (e.g., Quality, Electrical), or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in Quality/Reliability, Battery/UPS and PCBA manufacturing process.
- Experience with high-volume, high-reliability hardware in industries such as servers, automotive, or aerospace.
- Excellent organization, prioritization, leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Excellent teamwork, self-motivation, and attention to detail.

- Manage the supplier quality and reliability for Battery/UPS components, from NPI through end-of-life.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives during NPI phases to ensure the technical and operational readiness of the Battery/UPS supply chain for mass production.
- Partner with Design, Manufacturing, and Commodity teams as the subject matter expert on qualifying and scaling Battery/UPS technologies. Influence product roadmaps and architectural decisions by providing data-driven insights on hardware quality, reliability, and performance trade-offs.
- Drive the supplier selection and qualification process through on-site audits and technical assessments of their quality and manufacturing capabilities.
- Drive the resolution of critical fleet and factory issues, leading suppliers through robust Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA), Failure Analysis (FA), and Eight Disciplines (8D) processes.
