Sandy Lee Songfest opens scholarship application

HENDERSON, Ky. - The Sandy Lee Watkins Songwriters Festival board is extending a scholarship application for the third year.

The annual scholarship application will be accepted through July 15.

Candidates applying should be Henderson County student who is involved in the arts and will a graduating senior in 2020, student who is enrolled in college or a non-traditional student whose major or intended major is any of the arts.

The scholarship application can be found on the website at sandyleesongfest.com or at the local high school.
