Odisha NEET Counselling 2023: The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) cell is responsible for conducting the Odisha MBBS 2023 counselling. As per the latest update, the authority has released the final Odisha NEET 2023 counselling for spot round result.

The authority conducts the Odisha NEET 2023 counselling based on the scores obtained in NEET. For the Odisha MBBS/BDS counselling 2023 a total of two rounds will be conducted along with the mop-up round to grant medical and dental admission in the state. Candidates will have to register themselves once for both the round of Odisha MBBS 2023 counselling however a fresh registration will have to be done for the mop-up round. After registration, the authority will conduct document verification process. The counselling authority will release Odisha NEET merit list 2023 for the eligible candidates only.

During the Odisha NEET 2023 counselling students have to fill their choice of courses/colleges according to their preferences. The allocation of seats will be done based on the Odisha MBBS state rank, filled preferences of courses and colleges, reservation criteria and the seats available. Given below is the stepwise detailed procedure for the Odisha NEET counselling for the candidate’s reference.
Candidates need to go the official website: ojee.nic.in
To participate in the Odisha NEET counselling 2023, candidates will have to register themselves
While filling out the Odisha MBBS 2023 application form aspirants will have to register by providing their personal, academic and all other requisite details.
After entering the details, candidates will have to create a unique login credential, which will be sent to the registered mobile number.
After the registrations, candidates will have to log in to their portals.
Students then have to fill in their courses and college preferences.
After filling out choices, candidates will have to lock their choices before the last date. .
Candidates will be allotted seats to the Odisha MBBS admission 2023 based on the preferences filled, seats available, merit rank, and reservation category.
The result of the Odisha NEET 2023 counselling will be announced by the OJEE, Odisha.
Before reporting at the college, candidates must download their admission letter.
Candidates will have to give their willingness to "freeze" and "float" their allotted MBBS/BDS seat.
Candidates satisfied with the allotted seat can opt for the freeze option, followed by uploading of documents, payment of application fee, and reporting to the allotted college.
Candidates wishing to participate in further rounds of Odisha NEET counselling to upgrade their course/college can will have to opt for float option.
Such candidates will be either allotted an upgraded seat based on their choice, rank, and availability of seats, or their original seat allotted in round one is retained.
After the seat is freezed, candidates will have to report at the allotted colleges along with the original documents.
