Freezer to Crockpot - Slow Cooker Cranberry Pork Roast

Ingredients
- 2 1⁄2 lbs bone-in pork shoulder (sometimes labeled as Boston butt or pork butt)
- 15 ounces cranberry sauce (with or without whole berries is ok)
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 1⁄4 cup dried minced onion
- bag seasoned stuffing mix (optional)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in gallon sized bag & freeze.
- To prep - thaw overnight (in refrigerator), then cook on low in crockpot for 6-8 hours. Remove bones & shred with a fork.
- *Optional* - add box or bag of stuffing mix for the last hour or two of cooking, adding more liquid if needed.
