The search for missing 11-year-old Xavior Harrelson returned to Montezuma Tuesday, where investigators began to search surveillance video for clues.Agents with the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation were seen leaving the trailer where Xavior lives with his mother.According to Iowa DCI agent Mitch Mortvedt, investigators continue to canvas Montezuma review footage from a dozen surveillance cameras. “We've asked that if you have a surveillance system, whether it's your home or business, let us know as there might be something on there,” Mortvedt said. The mother of one of Xavior’s friends reported him missing on Thursday. Montezuma mayor Jacki Bolen said the town is suffering as it waits for the 11-year-old to be found.“It's scary, and very concerning and it's very upsetting,” Bolen said. Xavior's mother has remained in the home on the corner of Spruce Village trailer park since her son was last reported seen May 27. She has declined to talk with neighbors or the media about the search for her son.On Tuesday, two of the boy's Montezuma Middle School teachers shared their concerns for his safety.“He has a huge heart, and that's, you know, kind of going along with this,” teacher Marie Bolten said. “Did he speak to somebody? You know because he would know no stranger … and he'd be willing to help anyone out.”Bolten and fellow teacher Amy Nikkel said they are sick with worry.“I didn't sleep much (Thursday),” Nikkel said. “Just thinking what he would be doing.”The pair said they do not believe Xavior would run away because his mom is disabled and the 11-year-old is her caretaker.“He would often say how he needs to be with mom and help out home and all those things,” Bolten said. “So that's why I just feel that, you know, something's happened out of his control.”Hundreds of volunteers searched for Xavior over Memorial Day weekend.Mortvedt said investigators are confident that he is not in the area.“Every moment that goes by it's more and more suspicious and concerning, obviously, but we haven't ruled anything out,” Mortvedt said.Following speculation from the public, investigators confirmed that Xavior’s disappearance it not connected to the discovery of a boy’s body in Las Vegas.

“We've asked that if you have a surveillance system, whether it's your home or business, let us know as there might be something on there,” Mortvedt said.

The mother of one of Xavior’s friends reported him missing on Thursday.

Montezuma mayor Jacki Bolen said the town is suffering as it waits for the 11-year-old to be found.

“It's scary, and very concerning and it's very upsetting,” Bolen said.

Xavior's mother has remained in the home on the corner of Spruce Village trailer park since her son was last reported seen May 27. She has declined to talk with neighbors or the media about the search for her son.

On Tuesday, two of the boy's Montezuma Middle School teachers shared their concerns for his safety.

“He has a huge heart, and that's, you know, kind of going along with this,” teacher Marie Bolten said. “Did he speak to somebody? You know because he would know no stranger … and he'd be willing to help anyone out.”

Bolten and fellow teacher Amy Nikkel said they are sick with worry.

“I didn't sleep much (Thursday),” Nikkel said. “Just thinking what he would be doing.”

Hundreds of volunteers searched for Xavior over Memorial Day weekend.

Mortvedt said investigators are confident that he is not in the area.

“Every moment that goes by it's more and more suspicious and concerning, obviously, but we haven't ruled anything out,” Mortvedt said.

Following speculation from the public, investigators confirmed that Xavior’s disappearance it not connected to the discovery of a boy’s body in Las Vegas.
