PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — We’re getting a look at the damage an overnight riot caused in downtown Portland.
A peaceful vigil for George Floyd turned violent at the downtown Justice Center and spread into nearby streets. At least a dozen businesses were looted. Mayor Ted Wheeler has declared a state of emergency and implemented at 8 p.m. curfew for downtown Saturday night.
