THIS (G)I-DLE Member Was Once Hated But Now Winning Hearts For THESE Reasons– Who Is She?

From being a controversial idol for her attitude, skills and visuals, THIS (G)I-DLE member has been continuously reversing the situation and is now gaining more fans for THESE reasons.

Can you guess who it is?

(G)I-DLE Shuhua Was Once Repeatedly Criticized For 'Poor' Skills, Personality

Among fourth-gen groups, (G)I-DLE is currently on top, along with IVE, NewJeans, aespa, LE SSERAFIM and more. The group is loved for their self-produced concepts and releases headed by Soyeon, breaking stereotypes about women.

While the group is widely loved by their fans Neverlands, some, however, used to point out how Shuhua doesn't seem to be suited to the group. While her position as the group's visual is unquestionable, she was nonetheless criticized for her "poor" singing and dance skills.

On top of these, people implied that her outspoken personality is her most disappointing aspect.

The Taiwanese member gradually lost point from the heart of K-Netz and every move of hers was monitored. Further, she even received criticisms for a small remark or gesture.

But after releasing "TOMBOY" and "Nxde," two of (G)I-DLE's hit releases this year, people began seeing Shuhua in a good light.

Starting from her skills, Shuhua's performance is said to have improved significantly and doesn't look as if she's lagging anymore. When "Nxde" was released, K-pop fans agreed that the song is indeed Shuhua's era.

Her improved visuals are also acknowledged, thanks to her decision to dye her hair blonde, even though black hair has been hair trademark. With her new hairstyle, fans commented that her fair, elegant-looking skin became emphasized.

Shuhua also amazed people with her more mature and calm personality, a contrast to her outspoken personality.

And while Shuhua isn't the main vocalist, Neverlands are praising her more stable live vocals in the two latest (G)-DILE releases. People also commend her professionalism.

On Nov. 12, the team performed at the Music Bank concert in Chile. Amid heavy rain, Shuhua slipped and fell on the stage many times. Despite this, she showcased her dedication to finish the performance by standing up again and again and proceeding to her part as if nothing happened.
