San Bernardino police are asking for the public’s help in their investigation of a week-old fatal shooting of a man inside a home in the city.
Richard Sams, 45, was pronounced dead at the scene of the shooting at 632 Crescent Ave, where police were called at 4:24 p.m. Jan. 14.
