Want to work on speed but hate running around those dinky little tracks. Want a great group of runners to keep you motivated during the workout!! Typically we do a 1 mile warm-up and cool-down with 4-7 miles of speed work rotating weekly (hill repeats, mile repeats Fartlek, tempo). All are welcome and because of typical interval nature to the runs a slower runners will generally have people with them. However, the current group of runners is typically no slower than 9:30 min/mile pace.
