Everyone is encouraged to go at their own pace and challenge yourself accordingly, no matter what your level. You will feel relaxed, peaceful, and stronger after every class. The more you do it, the more you receive the rewards and benefits of the Yoga Flow practice.

Yoga Flow classes have a duration of 1½ hours each. You will learn how to work and co-create with archangelic energies and powerful mantras.
