Special Event: Understanding and Communicating Climate Science

About the event:

The TISS/NCSU Energy and Security Initiative hosts a monthly energy and security luncheon. The luncheons are held in the 1911 Building (room 129) on the NCSU campus beginning at 11:45 AM on the third Wednesday of each month (except during the vacation months). There is no charge, though we do ask you to register.
The fourth luncheon of the academic year will take place on 15 January, 2014, and will be given by Drs. Adam Terando, SE Climate Science Center and Michael Cobb, Political Science, NCSU. They will discuss the science of climate change and the challenges of public communication about the science.
