This Introductory HACCP Course is designed for individuals who are responsible for the development and maintenance of a HACCP Plan, HACCP Team Members and any other employees. The course provides instruction in the development and application of the seven HACCP Principles and required Prerequisite Programs.
The classroom is highly interactive with a team orientated approach to learning. Participants will group with other students to prepare and develop a HACCP Plan using the 7 HACCP Principles. Each plan will be reviewed and critiqued in the class to maximize learning. A textbook and templates are provided to each participant.
