The company got converted into a Public Limited Company, which will come into effect from 28 June, 2018, through a Certificate of Incorporation, issued of Registrar of Companies. The company is one of the largest independent companies listed for full service retail broking house in India with more than 13.8 million customers, and 4.3 million active clients on NSE. The company is a member of the Bombay Stock Exchange, National Stock Exchange of India, National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Limited and Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited. It is a depository participant with Central Depository Services Limited. Currently, the services offered by the firm includes business of stock, currency and commodity broking, providing margin trading facility, depository services, and distribution of mutual funds.
