Skydance Corporation is an American multinational mass media and entertainment conglomerate. It was formed on August 7, 2025 as Paramount Skydance Corporation through the merger of Skydance Media and Paramount Global. On October 6, 2026, it was renamed to Skydance Corporation after its acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery.
The company operates businesses in film, television, streaming, news, publishing and interactive entertainment. The company announced its principal assets to be Paramount, Warner Bros., CBS, CNN, HBO Max, Nickelodeon, DC and Paramount+. It is led by chairman and chief executive officer David Ellison and co-chief executive officer Ynon Kreiz, and trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol SKYD.
