About Czech Koruna
The koruna, or crown, has been the currency of the Czech Republic since 1993. The koruna is one of the European Union's seven currencies, and the Czech Republic is legally bound to adopt the euro in the future.
The official name in Czech is koruna česká. The ISO 4217 code is CZK and the local acronym is Kč, which is placed after the numeric value or sometimes before it. One crown is made up of 100 hellers, but hellers have now been withdrawn from circulation, and the smallest unit of physical currency is 1 Kč. WikipediaAbout Macanese Pataca
The Macanese pataca or Macau pataca is the currency of Macau. It is subdivided into 100 avos, with 10 avos called ho in Cantonese.
Macau has a currency board system under which the pataca is 100 per cent backed by foreign exchange reserves, in this case currently the Hong Kong dollar. Moreover, the currency board, Monetary Authority of Macau, has a statutory obligation to issue and redeem Macau pataca on demand against the Hong Kong dollar at a fixed exchange rate of HK$1 = MOP 1.03, and without limit.
