About Iranian Rial
The rial is the official currency of Iran. It is subdivided into 100 dinars, but due to the rial's low purchasing power, the dinar is not practically used.
Although there is no official symbol for the currency, the Iranian standard ISIRI 820 defined a symbol for use on typewriters, and the two Iranian standards ISIRI 2900 and ISIRI 3342 define a character code to be used for it. The Brazilian real is the official currency of Brazil. It is subdivided into 100 centavos. The Central Bank of Brazil is the central bank and the issuing authority. The real replaced the cruzeiro real in 1994.
