According to Builder Magazine, LGI Homes is the tenth largest home builder in the United States. 2013, the company announced the pricing of its initial public offering: 9,000,000 shares at $11 per share. 2019, LGI Homes closed 7,690 homes, which was an 18.1% increase over 2018.
