Nokia Oyj is 'n multinasionale kommunikasie- en inligtingstegnologie-onderneming wat sy hoofkwartier in Espoo, Uusimaa in die metropolitaanse gebied van die Finse hoofstad Helsinki het. Die onderneming het sy produkte in meer as 150 lande bemark en 'n algehele omset van €12,7 miljard behaal. Nokia is 'n publieke maatskappy met beperkte aanspreeklikheid waarvan die aandele op die effektebeurse in Helsinki en New York genoteer word. Dit word volgens sy bedryfsinkomste 392ste gelys op Fortune Global 500 se grootste internasionale ondernemings in 2014. Nokia het twee bekende dogtermaatskappye - Nokia Networks, wat telekommunikasie- en netwerktoerusting en -dienste aanbied, en HERE, wat gratis toegang tot digitale navigasie- en kaartdienste op die internet bied.
