RTX Corporation, formerly Raytheon Technologies Corporation, is an American multinational aerospace and defense conglomerate headquartered in Arlington, Virginia. The merged company adopted the better-known name of Raytheon in the form Raytheon Technologies Corporation and transferred its headquarters to Waltham, Massachusetts.
