StoneX Group Inc. is an American financial services company. The company operates in six areas: commercial hedging, global payments, securities, physical commodities, foreign exchange and clearing and execution services. As of 2023, the company was ranked No. 59 in the Fortune 500 list of the largest United States corporations by revenue. In July 2020, the company rebranded and changed its name to StoneX Group Inc. During 2018 INTL FCStone along with 91 other Fortune 500 companies had "paid an effective federal tax rate of 0% or less" as a result of Donald Trump's Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017. In 2023, StoneX was found to have purchased $4.6 million of illegally mined gold from Coluna, a practice that continued into 2024.
