On February 1, 2014, MStar Semiconductor Inc merged with the Company. After that, MStar Semiconductor Inc was dissolved and delisted. On April 1, 2014, it merged with its wholly owned subsidiary Ralink Technology Corp, engaged in the wireless network chipset and digital communication network chipset business.
