Hanwha SolarOne Co., Ltd. (Hanwha SolarOne) is an integrated manufacturer of silicon ingots, silicon wafers, PV cells and PV modules in China. The Company manufactures a range of silicon ingots, silicon wafers, Photovoltaic (PV) cells and PV modules using advanced manufacturing process technologies that have helped the Company to increase its operational efficiency. The Company also provides PV module processing services. The Company sells PV cells and PV modules both directly to system integrators and through third party distributors. The Company products primarily include silicon ingots, silicon wafers, PV cells and PV modules. The Company also provides PV module processing services. As of April 1, 2013, the Company had 1.5 Giga-Watt of annual PV module production capacity.
