Capital Bank Financial Corp. (CBF) is a bank holding company whose business is conducted primarily through Capital Bank, National Association (Capital Bank, NA or the Bank). The Company operates 162 full service banking offices located in Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia. Through its branches, the Company offers a range of commercial and consumer loans and deposits, as well as ancillary financial services. The Company focuses its commercial bank business on loan originations for small and middle-market businesses. The consumer bank business line consists of Capital Bank’s retail banking branches and associated businesses. Its mortgage banking capabilities include conventional and nonconforming mortgage underwriting and construction and permanent financing. Through wealth management, the Company offers investment accounts providing access to mutual funds, annuities and other financial products.
