You may have been redirected here from the Bid Manager Knowledge Base. We moved to the Invite Media Help Center, which has all of the same content as the Bid Manager Knowledge Base, with added features and better integration with other products you might be using. To access the Invite Media Help Center, follow the instructions below to create a Google Account and to be granted access.

If you already have a Google Account and have been granted access to the Invite Media Help Center, you can sign in by going to the following page:

How do I get access to the Invite Media Help Center?

We recommend that each person who will need access to the Invite Media Help Center create an individual user account using the process below and that you do not share credentials across your organization.

Creating an account is an easy two-step process and only takes a few minutes.

  1. Create a Google Account

Create a Google Account using your full work email address, including the domain name. You should use the email address you use for work and not a personal email address. When you create your Google Account, enter the entire email address—for example: somebody@example.com.

You can create a Google Account by going to this URL:
    https://www.google.com/accounts/NewAccount

I think I have a Google Account already

You might already have a Google Account if you use your work email address to sign in to DoubleClick products like DFA or DoubleClick Ad Exchange. You can check this by going to the page above and entering your work email address. When you click the create account button at the bottom, the page will tell you if there's a Google Account associated with the email address you entered.

Once you create your Google Account, or if you confirmed that you already have one, go to the next step.

  2. Submit your Google Account information to Invite Media

Send your Google Account information to the Invite Media team to ensure your access to the future Invite Media Help Center. Use the following online form to send us this information now:
Submit your Google Account information to the Invite Media team

Once you've sent us your Google Account information, we'll notify you when you can sign in to the Invite Media Help Center.

That's all there is to it.

If you have any questions or difficulties with the above process, contact your account manager.

A couple of things to keep in mind about your Google Account

  • Your Google Account is distinct from the credentials you use to access Bid Manager. You should continue to log in to Bid Manager using your existing Bid Manager credentials. You'll use your Google Account credentials to access the Invite Media Help Center.
  • Creating a Google Account does not by default create a Gmail account for you, and you should not create a Gmail account unless your organization instructs you to do so. Your Google Account will simply allow you to sign in to the future Invite Media Help Center using your work email address as your user name. You should continue to use the email services provided by your organization.

Your Invite Media agreements continue to govern your use of Invite Media services, and the Google Account Terms of Service shall not amend or supersede those agreements.
