Yoga Flow or Vinyasa yoga focuses on linking breath to movement. Flow with intention through a series of poses that will work to increase strength, flexibility and balance. Modifications are offered as well as more advanced options for anyone would like to explore them.

Class is generally taught at an intermediate level, but open to everyone. Class moves at an active pace, prepare for an energetic class. Beginner level students are always welcome to come and take part and practice at their own pace.

Intro to Vinyasa or Foundations of Vinyasa classes are recommended for students transitioning from Beginners Basics to Vinyasa/Flow Classes.
