Salt compound, cationic polymerization initiator and cationically polymerizable composition
    WO 2009057600 A1
    Abstract
Disclosed is a salt compound having high acid generating ability and high sensitivity, while being free from coloration. Also disclosed are a cationic polymerization initiator and a cationically polymerizable composition. Specifically disclosed is a salt compound represented by the following general formula (1). (In the formula, R01-R05 independently represent a group selected from a hydrogen atom, a fluorine atom and a -YR group; one of R01-R05 is a -YR group and at least two of R01-R05 are fluorine atoms; Y represents an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom; R represents an alkyl group having 1-4 carbon atoms; Ctp+ represents a p-valent cation; p is 1 or 2; and n represents a coefficient required for maintaining electrical neutrality.)
