As per your suggestion, I can confirm that the problem only happens when my dead battery is in; it doesn't happen if I remove the battery from the laptop. I can't tell if the problem happens with a working battery inserted because I don't have one to try with. Thank you very much! 05-30-2017 01:17 AM. Same issue here on this model. I have updated the BIOS and processor drivers. Freezing stopped for a week, but then started freezing again. I have reloaded the operating system(Windows10)... Still freezes. I suspect hardware issue with this model. Really frustrating.. 0 Kudos. Reply.
