In XP this is C:\Documents and Settings\UserProfile\Application Data\gnupg. I believe I've moved my keys to a different machine using this method. I have a secring,gpg file from another computer, trying to import those keys into a new machine. When I import the file with GPG Keychain, I get the message "4 keys were processed and 0 imported" and nothing appears in the window.
