The heavy ply thickness is the secret and can't beat the sale price. Always wait for the sale to buy extras. WIsh they were 55 lb bags instead but what the hey more »

We had no problem using these bags when we were cleaning up the mobile home we bought last October. We also had no problem using these bags from cleaning up a small fire in one of the bedrooms. As long as you're not trying to shove 75 lbs of trash into it, it will hold up fine. The only tears came from hardwood flooring planks. The handles made it easy to tie up and carry to the trash bin, too.
