Pluginbatterij.com

The reason for purchasing a battery from pluginbatterij.com is as follows. After browsing many sites looking for a plug-in battery, I discovered plugin.com; they offered what I was looking for: an affordable battery with good efficiency, the 'Plugsie V1'. The first master unit was purchased and meets my requirements, namely clipping current peaks. It is convenient that you can start with a master unit and expand later to the desired capacity. There is, however, one minor point for improvement: the administration was a bit cumbersome. After a phone call with them, everything was arranged smoothly and delivered correctly.

I recently bought a Plugsie and am very satisfied with it so far. The installation was quite simple, but I still had a few questions while setting up the app. Support helped me with that quickly and clearly. It is nice to see that there is not only a good product behind it, but also a team that is accessible! So, a very positive experience so far.

I have nothing but trouble with the batteries. They keep cutting out or I can't get a connection. I do nothing but put these batteries in and I don't recommend them to anyone. My daughter wanted to buy some too, but I advised against it. My neighbor even had them installed and he is having problems as well.

This is worry-free online ordering. Good and correct agreements, which are also honored. Perhaps some extra info about BEBAT – the info on BEBAT is not up to date (they state 60 days themselves). Providing a link to the BEBAT page and the waiting time would certainly remove any doubt (after all, it involves many euros).

It is a bit of a shame that there was no clear manual included to install everything. Videos on the internet often provide different information. Fortunately, a phone call to a very friendly and helpful man at the company got me further.
