The switchbot website has a familiar design that I normally associate with a disappointing experience. In this case I was completely surprised that everything with the shopping experience worked as it should. The order was straightforward, the communication was timely, the shipping was quick and when the product arrived it appears to be of high quality with well developed instructions and a complete website including Q&As that have been helpful.
